Beautiful car man. Unfortunately cars w/ aftermarket work don't hold anywhere near the value that they should. I know from experience after selling my Turboe'd celica a few years ago for about the same as stock. Your stock celica blue books at about $9500, so aim for 12k, but you will probably be lucky to get 11. I sold my car a few years ago, and now I'm back....wanting another. My advise, try to keep it if you can! Good luck either way!

Thanks man! I wish I could get the money back but yeah that's the unfortunate reality. You think I would be better off selling my aftermarket parts, like the turbo kit, separate from the car If I were to sell it?

An aftermarket part out will yield more money, but will also take a lot more time.

If I can get a decent amount more by doing so I wouldn't mind taking the time to do it.
And it seems like I have some buyers already hahaha

Hey Moose how much did that kit cost you, what did you get on the dyno, and was the kit worth it? I'm just curious because I'm stuck between selling my GT-S and getting a 350z or G35 or saving up for a kit. Thanks Moose and good luck if you do. It's an amazing car!

The total cost for the kit including the Power FC was about 3700 I believe. With the kit you can run like 9 pounds of boost but I decided to go with 7-7.5 to keep it safer. Not to mention I didn't upgrade the fuel pump which you may have to do to go to 9 psi, otherwise you might get a little lean. Anyway, with the 7-7.5 psi I made 225 whp and 223 torque on 93 octane. Obviously with a better fuel pump and a little more boost you can get more out of it, but the change was definitely worth it to me. After you get the car tuned and take it for that first drive it just seems unreal haha.
If you love your Celica and want it to be quicker, the kit really wont let u down. In my opinion, if you don't plan on selling your celica for a dramatically faster car, go with the turbo kit. The only hassle that I had with it was with emissions. But I have that down to a science now haha. And thanks!

Thanks man. I'd like to but it doesn't get driven much now that I'm away. I'd rather someone be enjoying the car than it just collecting dust =/

I've decided that I'm going to be selling the car in the near future. Offers are welcome but no trades. No low ballers please!
