Wanting to tune an 01 GT

Hi, I have a 2001 Celica GT that has an Injen cold air intake and a Magnaflow exhaust and the rest is stock. I am basically wanting to tune the car to get a few more ponies out of it. I don't want a completely new ecu to replace the oem one. I don't have the money to get a Power FC or have someone tune the car for me. I do not know very much about how these ecu's/piggyback systems work so please dumb it down for me

I have been reading posts and articles on here for the past 2 hours and have come to the conclusion that I should probably go with the Emanage Ultimate.

I plan on keeping the car N/A and probably not doing a whole lot to it after getting the Emanage thingymabob. Atleast for a while.

Question time!

What are the differences between the Ultimate and the Blue?
Do either come with preset tunes that would give me what I'm looking for?(a little more performance)
For someone with no previous tuning experience, how difficult is it for a person to learn how to use one of these and not screw things up?

All help/advice is appreciated.

Edit:
I have been trying to read and make sense of Jlit's sticky on Fuel Trims with the Emanage system and I just can't understand it...I've been reading and re-reading it for probably 20mins and I just can't make sense of it. I just lack the knowledge and know how of tuning I suppose. So, can anyone give me a rough estimate of costs for having someone do a tune for me?

Since it seem like you're on a budget, I would pass on tuning plus you wont gain anything or your gains would be very minimal. just my 2 cent.

Well, yes I am on a bit of a budget. I just sold my motorcycle and decided I wanted to spend some of the money on my car. I decided to spend $1500 on the car and that will be my limit for now. So, I bought the cai and the exhaust and I've still got about $700 that I'm free to spend. However, I don't really know where to go as to what my next upgrade should be. One of my friends said that getting a tune could possibly be what I'm looking for. I didn't realize it would be such a pain in the ass to tune these cars

Focus on suspension, a drop, and some wheels.

This is solid advice. I love my sway bars. Tuning for just CAI and axle back exhaust is NOT worth the $700 you have left. Spend the $300-400 on sways, install them yourself and spend the rest on beer to enjoy after you are done.
