all i can tell u is that it's louder than a TRD. when i tested mine at the BAR station with a silencer @4800rpm it made 89 decible. it sounds throaty and if u heard the TRD before, this one sounds nicer. i got mine at a local shop for 224.00 but on ebay i see it for 185.00. one problem u would need to adjust when installing the exhaust is that the hanger connected beside the 4 inch tip will lean way down because the people who made the exhuast couldn't do the math right by making the hangers too long, so take u would have to take it to a muffler shop to adjust it.

Here is a link to myspace.com and the video is my muffler a Ractive with custom 2.5" cat back. It's nice and loud, muffler comes with silence but I really need a resonator. Let me know if the link works.

It's my little secret modification....
It has the similar tone of the G35 exhaust house but with more deep tone...
Kind of like combination of two tone

I bought a axle back X3 XRacing exhaust 3.5 inlet and 4.5 outlet. Paid 166 shipped from ebay. Bolted up pretty easy, hangers were off so I had to pull exhaust over so it would sit straight but I'm pretty happy with the gains and sound. I looks like it's modeled after the BLITZ I think, but don't qoute me.

Shown here;
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2300153/2

Low rumble all the way up to when the cam switch happens and opens up to a nice roar thereafter. I haven't had any cops look twice since I installed. Other ones to look at are TSUDO and Himoto (Tenrai) on ebay or a used system in for sale forums. My bro installed a 5zigen fireball and there's almost no sound to it at all, he commented that he wished it sounded like mine. For me I'm not going to spend "X" amount of dollars to not hear my exhaust. If I had the money, ya I would spend it on the a nice exhaust like a HKS TI. But seriously with somethings your just paying for a name and sticker to put on your car, that most people don't understand anyway. Other things like a header, your going to want to spend the $$ on something that fits perfectly. Unless your running a turbo, headers, hi flow cat, and e-manage your not going to get huge gains from an exhaust.

Bottom line;

-Go with with fits your bugdet.

-Make sure you get an exhaust the sounds best to YOU. Any exhaust that has a 2nd resinator pipe VS a Can with a bypass piping is going to be considerably quieter than the latter.

-Seriously. How many of us have been pulled over for your exhaust? I had in 300Z and had it checked with a decibil meter by CHP. It took a straight pipe with twin glass packs for that to occur (I was young, I know). Don't sweat it too much.

BEST LUCK. . ·

TRD is quiet. Here's what I went with and a video of what it sounds like (sounds really good in person, and I am very critical).

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TSUDO...58318454QQrdZ1

It's been broken in (that video is a year old) and sounds really good now. Nice, full tone, almost European sounding. Not too loud, but definitely noticeable. On long trips you can control the throttle so that that there is literally no exhaust noise. As for gains, I suspect I gained nothing from it, as the piping was pretty much the stock size. With this exhaust and an Ebay intake I put down 163hp.

R-active With a V Vented/"Bullet Holes" Vortex Chamber NO GLASS PACKS THEY ARE CRAP and suggestion to all with exhuasts as you all know celicas sounds deep and better than other cars with exhaust they dont sounds like the hondas that run no resinatior and sounds like an over revving lawn mower so please dont remove the resonator unless you wanna lose sounds deepness most of the celicas ive heard with the resonator removed still are deep but because of the engine set ups it makes a Poping gap between piston fireing and sounds like you beating on a pipe resonator SMALL resistance and backpressure difference so keep it you need a lil back pressure anyway. just get a high flow cat and headers

I really want to discuss this issue, but your sentence is unreadable. Please punctuate and try again.

I looks like it's modeled after the BLITZ I think, but don't qoute me.

Bottom line;

BEST LUCK. . ·
sorry but this thing is way too huge. looks like a cartoon
