You could buy some Trd fogs for it.

There are tons of things you could do, but I would start with a drop (best on full coil-overs if you have the $) and then either some 17" or 18" rims. The rims are really dependent on your personal taste, everyone likes different styles and fitment. The Celi definitely takes on a whole new aggressive look with just a drop and larger rims.

After that, for exterior mods you might consider trying some new light housings... 03+ tails, JDM sidemarkers and maybe some different headlight housings if you aren't liking the stockies. The TRD front also looks better with larger fogs mounted in the openings intended for fogs on the outside.

Just my suggestions for a starting point

Performance wise C60 (6 speed swap) or dont bother with anything else

If you like an auto then just do exterior. A sizable drop and fitted wheels will make your car look amazing

Coilovers to kill the wheel gap. Wheels, oem hid headlights, take off the spoiler, and your done. Oh, and make your pics smaller please.

I'm going "old school 7th gen" on this one.
I love the simple look and you've got a great platform to work with.
A lowered (does not need to be ridiculously low) TRD Celica is fvcking hot, even on the stock 16's. Everyone and their mom will tell you to go hellaflush. Style/Comfort. Form/Function. It's a nice look, but must be a hassle on the wallet when it comes to tires.

An OEM carbon fiber hood with raised hood scoop would be a nice addition. Get rid of those stock fog lights. They are atrocious on Celicas with the TRD Mechanical front bumper. You need either TRD fog lights or any other 4-inch fogs.
